Refund Window
You may request a refund within 10 days of your purchase date. Requests made after the 10-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following condition must be met:
- The product must be unused — no credits have been consumed since the purchase.
If any credits from the purchase have been used for image generation, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Processing Time

Refund Method
